What to write to us about

• A correction. If a price, free-plan limit or fact in one of our articles is out of date or wrong, send us the article’s address and what you saw. We’ll check the official source and update the page.
• A question about an article. We read these, though we can’t promise a personal reply to every message, and we can’t offer one-to-one productivity coaching.
• A partnership or advertising enquiry. You’re welcome to write. Please know that a partnership won’t change what we recommend. See About for how we write our guides.
• A privacy request. To see, correct or delete personal information you’ve sent us, write to the same address. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

What helps us reply

Include the link to the page you’re writing about, and a sentence on what you’d like us to look at. A message that says “the price in your calendar apps article looks old” and links to the page gets a faster answer than one that doesn’t.

We use messages only to reply to you. Please don’t send sensitive personal, medical or financial information by email.
